No Worries Hydrating Face Moisturizer
Rated 1 out of 5 by Leanna_P from You’ve lost a customer I was a loyal customer before but this “trick” with the packaging is just bad business. Not only have they cut the volume in half and kept the price the same, I also feel like a lot is left in the bottle that you can’t get at. The pump leaves a lot behind. Obviously this company cares more about gaining new customers than they do about their existing base, either that or they think we are idiots who won’t notice. Overall, you’ve lost a customer:

Rated 1 out of 5 by Amy L from No Value Anymore Loved this product before the packaging change - but now you get 1/2 the cream for the same price! Anyone know similar products to try with better value?

Rated 1 out of 5 by bonette1286 from So disappointed I wrote to the company prior to this more public review. I received no acknowledgment from them. Not only is the quality less, as described by previous users but the pump quit working one week after purchase. I expected better from this company for the price point. Loved the product, hate the changes, I’ll also be looking elsewhere.

Rated 1 out of 5 by BusyMOMof4boys from ANOTHER disappointed customer Like the other reviewers, I was a very loyal customer of the moisturizer FACE. I was shocked - like everyone else - to see that they have discontinued FACE and replaced it with No worries - a product that is now 1/2 the size but virtually the same price. It went from 100mL to 50 mL with a $2 change in cost. What a scam! The pump dispenser on the bottle is also HORRIBLE and stops working after a few uses. The moisturizer market is saturated ~ I feel Dr. Roebucks has left me no choice but to explore other options.

Rated 1 out of 5 by katherine186 from New packaging, less product Agree with the other reviewer - the previous equivalent to this product in the old packaging was 100ml for $60, and now it's half the size for the same price. Pretty disappointing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Bluecatnie from New customer but so much disappointment I would recommend people NOT to buy this moisturizer. At this price range, you can easily afford Drunken Elephant or any alternative. I brought it because the sale rep recommended it for my skin. Let's just say I have more expectation from the moisturizer. The design of the bottle also doesn't help either. The pump doesn't work most of the time, I would be able to pump in the morning but not at night. It stop working in one day. I ended up scooping the moisturizer with a tweezers. This was the reason that motivate me for the review. I generally don't write reviews because skincare products are very subjective. This moisturizer was great for my hand, where the rep show me, but on my face? it feels stick after it dried and it is definitely not worth the price tag.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Jasmine95000 from Beyond disappointed Can't believe I had finally found a great hydrating face cream with no downside and no terrible ingredients -I have many sensitivities to all the various chemicals in many products. The new packaging and the name change is irritating to say the least, but they have also added in hyaluronic acid which I have a reaction too. Further, the pump is terrible, and we are paying more for half the product. Unbelievable. Never going to be a customer of these folks's again.
