I hope you like roses
Most Lancome products have some fragrance, and I have been bothered by some in the past. The sensitive Zen line drove me to tears. Having said that; this is the worst ! It has such a strong smell of roses, it reminded me of funerals. I returned the cleanser and toner. They could have been the greatest I ever tried, and I still would not have been able to stand the smell. Sorry Lancome, I like the old foaming/dry skin cleanser, from about a decade ago ( white with grey and the old style flower). I don't know if it is just me, but the smells seem to be stronger than they used to be, on quite a few products.

Overpowering Rose Scent
I tried Creme Mousse Confort from a sample, and it's overpowering rose scent was no confort at all. It's like a rose scent bomb - yuck! After I opened it and lathered it onto my face, all I could notice was the powerful rose fragrance. I rinsed it off my face, but it was too late, my entire bathroom was contaminated by the strong, overwhelming, sickening rose fragrance. And I am not a person who is sensitive to fragrances. Please, Lancome, please tone down the scent. Thanks.
Besides that, it did not irritate my eyes or skin. But the soap wasn't all that powerful at stripping off my makeup. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Beautiful Skin for Sensitivity
My skin is super-sensitive, and before if I ever washed with a facewash I would break out and react to it. Because of this, I had only been washing with water twice a day and my skin was a little uneven and blotchy...until my boyfriend's mom gave me a sample of Lancome's Creme Mousse Confort. I LOVED it! My skin felt fresh and rejuvenated, and not oily (My skin is usually dry/normal - I also didn't want to use a a facewash because I would get unusually oily from it). I was sold, and bought the full-size product. LOVE the creamy texture and great scent. I have never had any side effects from this and my face looks radiant!

Good product
I've been using this product for years. I have dry skin and it cleans my face with enough moisture so that it doesn't dry out all the way. My only issue is the packaging. Once the level of product in the tube has dropped, it is very difficult to get all the product out without bending and twisting the tube and sometimes one needs two hands. I'm sure this type of packaging was chosen due to its cost efficiency but I always feel that I'm leaving too much product in the tube before I start a new one.

Excellent Product
To all you young people. Keep on cleansing your face with this wonderful product. Your skin will be so happy when you reach my wonderful age of 74 1/2. I will post a picture. Wrinkles, yes, but soft ones. No makeup. Just skin after the cleansing. I have been using Lancome since 1960.

A little goes a long way....
Over the past two months I have invested in many Lancome products. Now that I have been using them for several months I feel I can accurately review and share my results. This is by far the most economical product I own from the Lancome line. A small drop of this cleanser cleans your whole face and does it really well. My skin was VERY DRY prior to using Lancome products and IS NOT anymore. This is a moisturizing cleanser that does an excellent job cleaning as well as keeping it moisturized and supple. Prior to using this after I was my face it felt tight and dry. This cleanser is the only cleanser I have ever used that doesnt do that. I'm 47 years old and have tried TONS of products over the years. This is by far the best cleanser and the most economical product in the Lancome line. A small drop goes a long well. This is well worth the cost.

New formula not for sensitive skin
Recently the formula was changed to make it more appealing to people who have complained that it was hard to get out of the tube and was not foaming. I've been using Cream Confort for several years and it has been great for my sensitive skin but now it is leaving it red and itchy. Instead of changing the formula, the labeling should have been changed to explain why it was that way and highlight the benefits for sensitive skin.

Favorite Cleanser
I was blown away by this cleanser the very first time I used it. This cleanser is sooooo creamy and luxurious a little goes a very very long way. It lathered up so nicely and I didn't have to keep rewetting my hands to keep the lather going. I was skeptical that it would leave my face with a nice clean feeling because it was so creamy. After rinsing off with warm water I could not believe the texture and feeling of my face. My skin was so soft and not the least bit tight or dry. The cleanser washed away completely and left my skin feeling fresh and clean. I have combination skin with an oily t-zone but very dry cheeks and chin. This cleanser helped to even everything out. I have been using it in combination with the confort toner and am loving the results.
