pure grace spray fragrance
Rated 2 out of 5 by Naturalbeautyblogger from Majorly disappointed!! I have been using Pure Grace fragrance for a really long time. In fact, I have gotten rid of any other fragrances and use this exclusively. Imagine my disappointment when the eau de toilette fragrance became so weak. I then switched to ordering the eau de parfum spray hoping it would work better and have been making that work by layering. NOW they have discontinued the eau de parfum spray. PLEASE LISTEN to your customer base, they have been complaining for a couple years now ever since Christina Carlino sold to you. This is a solid line and our needs should not be ignored. Please upgrade this line and bring it back to it's former glory!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by clj2 from Why, why, why? Why would you change? My first fragrance set from Philosophy came to me about a week after my sister passed away. She ordered it for me before she passed. Pure Grace was a gift I cherished. The smell was clean, peaceful, and comforting. Like a hug from my sister. I have purchased it several times since her death in 2006, but over the past couple of years the fragrance has changed. It has no lasting power. Zero! I used to layer the body spray, lotion and perfume and it would last all day long. I received so many compliments! Now, I may as well wear nothing. By the time I walk out the door, the fragrance is gone. I am heartbroken...

Rated 1 out of 5 by VMW915 from Looking for an alternative and soon to be ex customer I am extremely disappointed that Philosophy changed the composition in Pure Grace. I have been layering the moisturizer and perfume for years and receive compliments on a daily basis! I usually order it online but after reading the numerous discouraging reviews, I decided to go smell the "new" version myself. I completely agree with what everyone is saying. It smells nothing like the original clean scent of soap and water and more like straight rubbing alcohol. I am at the end of my bottle and need an alternative. Please listen to your customers (soon to be ex customers) and bring the original version back!

Rated 1 out of 5 by ElizabethM from Super Sad I started using Pure Grace in 2006. It was the first time I had ever smelled a perfume that I loved so much. My mama always said every woman should have a signature fragrance. I had found mine. Just like my mom has worn the same perfume my entire life, this was going to be mine. I was constantly getting compliments on it over the years. Friends, Sister-in-laws, etc started buying it too. Somewhere along the way it became awful. It doesn't smell the same, and it certainly doesn't last...at all. I still wear this weak excuse for perfume daily bc I can't find anything I like...I haven't gotten a compliment in a while.

Rated 1 out of 5 by erinjo from So So VERY disappointed I LOVED my first purchase of Pure Grace about 5 years ago. Shortly after, i purchased another bottle, not the same, not as strong?? WHat happened? I didn't give up, i continued to purchase this and recieve it as gifts, but it has NEVER stood up to that first bottle. I never get compliments. The lotion smells... old, musty... it's not the same. I MISS THAT FIRST BOTTLE. What happened to the formula. Please bring it back. I will NOT buy another... not from your website, from Sephora, or QVC, and I tried them all to see if there was a difference. Nope, all downhill from the original.

Rated 1 out of 5 by under_a_violet_moon from Not long lasting at all:( ~ won't purchase again I love, love, LOVE this scent! They couldn't describe it better; out of the shower, soap and water clean, is what it smells like! Even better on my body. Problem is, it fades. Very, very rapidly. To basically about non-existent within two hours. Really. No exaggeration. I've tried putting on a tad more; to no avail. I'm sorry, but for the price of these spray on fragrances, the scent ought to last longer than that. I would assume the perfume (since it's more concentrated, but also WAY more expensive) would (or *should*) last a long time, but I'm not willing to spend the money. Sorry Philosophy...apparently you've changed your formulas and this is a not-so-happy advocate of your change. Cannot recommend this fragrance.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Avenus from Different formulation of Pure grace I have loved pure grace spray fragrance for years. I use all the layering products along with it, including body wash & scented lotion . I do feel the fragrance has very little staying power any more, the formula has changed. I spray a good amount and the fragrance is very faint, does not linger as it use to. It almost smells like too much alcohol. I would like philosophy to formulate it like they used to, so I can continue using it daily, otherwise I think this is my last order of a pure grace, which I considered my signature scent.

Rated 1 out of 5 by melh from extreme disappointment I have been using Pure Grace for many years-had received so many compliments on my scent-at least daily. I had men stop me to find out what I wore so they could buy it for their girlfriends/wives, I had more women than i can remember ask the name. I no longer use it very much-several years ago the fragrance changed-i used the Eau de perfum which is no longer available, but it also has lost all traces of being the same fragrance. Smells mostly of alcohol and has no lasting power. I truly hate this as I use only one fragrance. It becomes my trademark scent. It is very difficult to find one that I fall in love with. Been looking for years for a replacement for Pure Grace so i just end up wearing something i like, not love. Would really love for the old fragrance to come back.
