Love it!I haven't tried the Line Exact that everyone is referring to but I really like this product! It stays put and doesn't smudge. I like how thin the applicator tip is, you can make it as thick or thin as you want.
One of the better liquid eyeliners I've tried - it takes a lot of rubbing for it to come off or smudge

Let me preface this review by saying I’m generally not a big fan of this type of eyeliner. This one is nothing revolutionary although not bad.
Again, like the mascara for the same collection, it has an amazing pitch black colour. The tip is fine and the eyeliner works well for filling in an outline. However, for drawing on an entire wing I find it clumsy and way more difficult to use than a brush and a gel eyeliner. Moreover, it is not advisable to layer this eyeliner as it starts flaking off and feeling too dry on the eye. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I am big fan of the elf liquid eyeliner because it’s got the best applicator for me to create perfect wings everyone. But I think they changed the applicator coz the new one I got was thicker so I continue to use the old applicator until it broke. So I’ve been on the hunt for a new one and luckily I was fortunate enough to be part of the Covergirl exhibitionist voxbox and it came with their newest liquid eyeliner! Its applicator is exactly as the elf I’m used to and it’s super black and dries matte which I really like. Another plus point is that Covergirl is now cruelty-free! Terrible now, but has potentialI bought the new Get in Line Liquid Eyeliner in Black Vinyl and have a lot of feedback. The thin brush is easily workable and versatile, so that's good; you can theoretically lay down a thin line with the option to thicken it up. The design of of the bottle and wand are VERY comfortable to hold in your hand, so that's excellent; it's actually the best wand design I've ever held in my hand for liquid eyeliner (and I've got 20 years' experience wearing liquid liner). But the bad comes in when we talk about the formula itself: If you want to add a second layer liner of this liner after the first layer has dried, you're in for a mess. The applicator will actually stick to the first layer as you try to go over it, meaning the bottom layer gets pulled off your eye in very tiny clumps, like little balls of glue pulling off. Another bad strike is the smell. As soon as you open the bottle, you get hit by a toxic glue-y, chemical smell that makes you really wonder if you should be putting that stuff near your eyes. Vinyl Black is a definite "no," but I'm going to try the Matte Black to see if it doesn't have the bad smell and to see if it doesn't clump when you layer over it.

What happened to your Liquid Liner????For over 15 years, I bought your liquid liner felt tip in the little silver bottle, black handle. Over the last few years I noticed it was harder and harder to find it stocked. I recently was out of my Rimmel Liner, and saw the Covergirl was back in stock. It's horrible! The ingredients are different, It goes on watery, and it will not come very easily. It felt like I was using Elf or Wet and Wild, because it also became very flaky. I have a whole bottle just sitting here, wasted.

Tip is not as user friendly as the Line ExactThe tip is not as user friendly as the Line Exact pen. This one is too long and thin and a bit flimsy to use. Although I did notice that the new Get In Line liner lasts all day and never smudges. I wish the Line Exact pens weren't discontinued. The Line Exact 610 Brown was my holy grail liquid liner and the felt tip was absolutely perfect. Most brown liquid liners are too dark and end up looking black on the lid, but the 610 Brown was the perfect mid-toned brown.

Love the dramatic colour payoff of this eyeliner, and it dries in literal seconds. It’s also extremely long lasting - I experienced no smudging or fading at all for a whole day AND the evening! The brush allows for very thin lines and very precise application. What I didn’t like about it is that I found it a little bit too runny, which, combined with the quick drying, can result in a mess (I’m not the most skilled with eyeliner :). Love the curvy black bottle - very elegant!
